This is an interesting excursion from Addis Ababa to visit the incredibly hand carved church of Adadi Mariam which was founded in the 13th Century AD. The other fascinating place of interest included during the tour is visiting the steles of Tiya. These are about40 blocks of rocks decorated with carvings and erected in the 14th Century in honor of hero's. This site is registered by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site.

We will also visit the tribal villages of the Oromo people and interact with the local family.
